She has supported more than 200 brands, first as a brand manager within Canada’s leading national distributor, and later as a brand development consultant working with European and Canadian brands. Equally familiar with the realities and expectations of suppliers, retailers, and distributors, she is able to build realistic, aligned, and effective strategies. Her expertise in brand development combines a strong understanding of market dynamics and challenges with data analysis and hands-on field experience, supporting businesses at every stage of their growth.
Sabine is responsible for OZWAY’s operational management, from quality control and inventory management to order tracking. She also ensures the rigorous execution of the administrative aspects of each project.
Leila, formerly an Advertising Director at Publicis and DDB, is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and structuring data from OZWAY’s marketing campaigns. With a strong understanding of consumer behavior, she gathers, interprets, and transforms field data into clear, actionable insights that support brands’ marketing and commercial decision-making.
